Commodity Bulletin is an open access peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research, review and theoretical articles by authors from different countries in a wide range of sciences, as well as interdisciplinary research. The scientific journal is included in category "B" of the List of scientific specialized publications of Ukraine, in which can be published the results of dissertations for obtaining the scientific degrees of doctor and candidate of sciences in specialties: 076 - Entrepreneurship and Trade; 132 - Materials Science; 181 - Food Technologies; 182 - Light Industry Technologies (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 886 of 02.07.2020).
The editorial policy of the "Commodity Bulletin" journal is based on the principles of objectivity and impartiality in the selection of articles for publication; high demands on the quality of scientific research; mandatory peer review of articles; collegiality in decision-making on the publication of articles; accessibility and efficiency in communication with authors; strict observance of copyright and related rights. The main criterion for selecting materials for publication is their novelty and relevance of ideas, scientific and factual accuracy of the submitted work.
The purpose of the "Commodity Bulletin" is hightlight the results of scientific research on commodity, economic, and material science topics. The journal encourages research based on a rigorous scientific approach and state-of-the-art technologies. The main audience of the journal is researchers, technologists, engineers, commodity scientists, teachers of higher education institutions, postgraduate students, and students of technical specialities.

The manuscript is submitted to the journal in English only, proofreading services are included in the prepress services and are free of charge. After submitting the manuscript for consideration, it is prohibited to change the list of authors.
Articles in electronic format are sent to the editorial board to the email address info@c-bulletin.com.ua, or through the website Submission.
A separate file with the authors' data is attached to the article. The following information about the authors should be indicated in two languages (Ukrainian and English): the first name, the last name, academic degree, position, full official name and legal address of authors' institution, ORCID, contact email address. Starting from 1.10.2022, the ORCID identification numbers of each of the authors of the article must be added. You can create ORCID on the official website.
File names must match the author's surname. For example: Kovalenko_Article, Kovalenko_Information.
The receipt date of the manuscript is the date of its receiving by the editorial office. In case of receipt of a manuscript that does not comply with these rules, the editors reserve the right not to consider such material and will inform the authors.
The English version of the article is accepted only if it is professionally translated. Submission of an English version translated with the use of online translators will be rejected.

"Commodity Bulletin" is an open access journal, which means that all of its contents are available free of charge for all individuals and their institutions. There is no charge for open access.

All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, copy, and distribute.
